Write & Sip sessions are now available in Ireland.
A twist on the Paint and Sip concept, I will present a fun and interactive session where participants learn to write a Flash Fiction story of approximately 500 words using story templates. Genres offered can include Crime, Romance, Mystery, Thriller and more. Sessions can focus on one genre, or sample multiple genres. No creative writing experience is necessary.
The ticket price will include a standard drink on arrival at the venue, fun and easy writing activities, and writing materials (pens and paper etc). Participants are also welcome to bring along any personal writing materials and equipment, e.g. laptops and tablets.
At the end of the two hour session, participants will have completed at least one flash fiction short story.
Please note, this is designed to be an 18+ event.
Standard packages are available, including Beer/Basic Spirit/Wine/Non-alcoholic drink on entry to venue, Nibbles, and two hours of writing. Nibbles will include crackers, dips, cheeses, veggies etc. and a dessert plate of assorted sweet items, with vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free options available. Approximate cost €20 per person.
Sessions are available for different occasions, including hens parties, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate, and team building events. Sessions can be held at bars, restaurants and other venue types. Non-alcoholic adaptions are also available.
If food is available at the venue, or if takeaway can be brought onsite, a ticket option including food and drink packages can be arranged.
Cost of drinks and/or food will be included in the ticket price, and venues will be compensated for costs.
