Perinatal Depression and Anxiety Awareness Week Starts Today

Today marks the beginning of Perinatal Depression and Anxiety Awareness Week. Part Two of my book The Wilted Rose tells the story of a young mother struggling to cope with Postnatal Depression in the late 1950s/early 1960s, when public understanding of mental health issues was poor.
The first chapter of The Wilted Rose is free to read on my website HERE . I will also be running another giveaway for a signed paperback copy within Australia. All you have to do is like my author page or The Wilted Rose page to be in the draw. If you like BOTH pages, you will go in the draw twice. The winner will be drawn on Saturday 19th November.
Mental health support is so very important not only for sufferers but for their families as well. I am so proud that I can use my book to draw much needed attention to this worthy cause.
