Could not be more relevant than right now.
You may be disheartened. Your goals may have been postponed, or changed completely by this trying time we find ourselves in. The world has grinded to a halt, and as a result, so have many of our goals. Book marketing and promotion might seem a bit pointless when people’s attention is so distracted. But I urge you, KEEP GOING!
Re-evaluate. Make a plan. But please keep in touch with your creativity right now. It will lift your spirits, and the spirits of others watching you do what you love throughout adversity.
My writing has always been a source of strength for me during hard times. Right now, I am writing for me, and me alone. No publishing goals. No marketing or promotion. I am writing to stay connected to my life purpose, to give me strength, and a distraction during this distressing time. My writing energizes me, giving me energy to face this current situation.
